Refund policy

Flora Mae Vintage accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in the form of a refund, store credit, or exchange within 10 days of purchase.

Online Returns

Online orders can be returned via mail. Online orders must be returned to our storefront within 10 days from when the package was marked as delivered from the carrier. We do not provide return shipping labels for your package.

Please include your shipping/order number in the subject line of your email to floramaevintage@gmail.com and we will follow up within 2-3 business days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom hats, custom hat bands, gift cards, vintage items, discounted items, and sale items are FINAL SALE. You will also need to provide the receipt and/or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
